about

I love questions that invite us to jump into rabbit holes and discover subterranean worlds, the places that hold up what we see as the “real world,” the places where things connect and intertwine and surface in unexpected locations in the maps of our lives.

I suspect that my innate curiosity comes from a deep and imaginative place where my heart meets my mind. To me, curiosity leads to knowledge and knowledge incites more questions: we realize all we don’t know and this knowledge activates the imagination. Somewhere inside this fluid process—this frame change!—we make important connections and affect real change.

I care so much about curiosity that I’ve designed workshops to teach people how to create and ask powerful questions. Why? Because thoughtful questions provide frames to help relate, create, communicate and collaborate—thus moving us closer to learning, working and living together better.

The questions below emerged from one such training. (click for my answers)

Where does your name come from?

What do people appreciate about you?

Where do you hope to travel to next and why?

What does the inside of your car look like?

Imagine you can enroll a free college course. What course would you take and why?
